Our Ricco Blueberry is fresh, sweet and has an all-natural blueberry taste with slightly effervescent finish.
This is easy to make and tastes great.
Made with Ricco Blueberry, strawberries, blueberries, and light rum, it’s absolutely delicious.
Ingredients
• 1 bottle Ricco Blueberry 750 mL bottle
• 2 cups lemon-lime soda
• 1 cup light rum
• 4 cups frozen blueberries
• 4 cups frozen strawberries slices
• fresh strawberries garnish
• fresh blueberries garnish
In a large pitcher, combine Ricco Blueberry, lemon-lime soda, and rum.
In each glass, add ½ heaping cup of frozen strawberries.
Next, add ½ heaping cup of frozen blueberries to each glass. The blueberries should be layered on top of the strawberries.
Pour the wine and rum mixture over the frozen berries.
Garnish with fresh strawberries and blueberries and serve.
Blackberry Slushies ~ this easy wine frozen cocktail is so refreshing!
Ingredients
• 1 cup 8 ounces very cold Ricco Blueberry
• 1 cup ice
• a handful of frozen blackberries
Put everything in the Vitamix blender and blend until smooth. Use the tamper if necessary. If it’s too thick, add more wine, if it’s too thin, add ice or frozen berries. Spoon into glasses and garnish with frozen berries.
Notes
Alternatively you can actually freeze the wine (pour it into a sturdy zip lock baggie and pop it in the freezer overnight.) This will allow you to use more wine and less ice for a stronger cocktail. Note that the wine won’t freeze completely because of the alcohol. You can double or triple this recipe for a crowd.
A refreshing blend of Blueberry, vodka, and fresh summer berries.
Ingredients
• 1 (750ml) bottle Ricco Blueberry
• ½ cup vodka
• 3 cups mixed summer berries, fresh or frozen
• 2 cups club soda
Add berries to the bottom of a large pitcher. Add the Ricco Blueberry, and vodka; stir to combine. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator to chill. Top with club soda immediately before serving. Serve over ice. Add or decrease the club soda depending on how sweet you like your cocktail.
